How do I move old address book and email to new server?

I just recently changed servers, from compuserve to Road Runner. Is there a
way to move my email and address book from to the other.

And have you been reading and sending email in Outlook using a pst file as
your delivery location? If so, there's nothing to move. Just re-set your
ISP settings.....
