Turn off Word as your email editor before you create the message.

The two are completely different programs. As i see you are using the cruddy web access, look under Internet Explorer for OE groups. I'm now using outlook and as my question referred to it i thought it was an
appropriate place to ask. I print off draft emails at work, so my boss can check them before I send it - a bit old fashioned!! He hasn't got a computer! Mad i know!! Well I managed to persuade him that he
needs one and he's just got a tablet laptop and hopefully soon the email stuff will be sorted - sep address etc!!
