News & Accounts Items missing
Well, yes - my bad. However, I did look at those posts and it does *NOT*
deal with why the options are missing in the menus - they were there at one time. Also, one of the posts states "outlook *never*" was news client. However, just this moment when accessing news, I was prompted to "make Outlook" principle news reader. Go figure. At any rate, I appologize and will give due dilligence in the future.
