Whenever I close Outlook my shortcuts go away. Shortcuts where? Even groups that I create won't "stick". Outlook doesn't have any construct called a "group". What do you mean by this term? -- Brian Tillman |

In the Navigation Pane, in Shortcuts, you can create shortcuts to folders.
You can also create groups for organizing the shortcuts. Normally you create a shortcut or a group and it stays there until you delete it. Now however if I create shortcuts or groups, then exit and restart Outlook, all the shortcuts and groups are gone. "Brian Tillman" wrote in message ... Tried that but it's still happening. Any other ideas?
