one has Yahoo, so I am presuming they are sending the emails from the Yahoo site; "PA Bear [MS MVP]" wrote: Repost: Any chance the messages are being sent using MS Outlook with RichText format? You would ask them (email; phone) or you could check the messages'
Properties. Zelfan wrote: How would I know what they are using to send me the emails? The one I called did not use Outlook. The problem has not happened again with
the same type of emails. I hope that whatever was the problem, it resolved itself. Thanks for your help.
