How would I know what they are using to send me the emails? The address of
one has Yahoo, so I am presuming they are sending the emails from the Yahoo
site;

You would ask them (email; phone) or you could check the messages'
Properties.

The one I called did not use Outlook. The problem has not happened again with
the same type of emails. I hope that whatever was the problem, it resolved
itself.

Thanks for your help.

YW & thanks for your follow-up. Sounds like there was a temporary bug on
