Hello

Can anyone help me with my outlook express email? Every so often when I am
in my mailbox and in a mail and click on reply, outlook just quits, no error
messages nothing, just bombs out. Sometimes I can be in the middle of typing
a reply when it does it. Have searched the downloads and cannot find
anything. Also have XP SP 3 with all critical updates installed. I run three
identities of my outlook and it can happen when in any of the mailboxes. I
have checked all my settings and all look ok. Also sometimes it is fine, but
it is getting more regular and I need to resolve it. I have a Dell XPS and
Zone Alarm anti virus which is telling me there are no virus on my laptop.
Any advice greatly appreciated

See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 Make sure your antivirus software is not
set to scan email. Then go to File | Identities and setup a new Identity.
Then add your mail account and see if it works fine. If so, then you can
use File | Import to get the messages from the older Identity.

Well Helen, its time to change your antivirus to a better one.....it's weird
and first time I've heard such a thing.

Try NOD32/Kaspersky whichever suites your needs.
