I use Outlook Express for accessing newsgroups (like this one).
I find Outlook Express opens connections to the news server all on it's own so that when I actually try to read or send a message I get errors that I already have the maximum allowed number of connections to the server so I can't read or send. This is extremely tedious and can make using newsgroups a very frustrating process. Is there any way I can stop (or limit) this weird Outlook Express behaviour? I'm using Windows XP Home with SP3. -- Brian Gregory. (In the UK) To email me remove the letter vee. |
