Why would you want to reinstall?
No Accounts in Tools drop-down box: Go to StartRunType: regedit. Locate this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Outlook Express On the right-hand side of the page, double click: *No modify accts* value. {If this value does not exist, on the Edit menu, click DWORD Value. Type: No modify accts, and press Enter to save the name}. Change the setting of this value from 1 to 0, click OK. That should put it back in the drop-down box.
