Default Attached versus imbedded

Whenever I send an attachment, the receiver receives the attachments both
attached AND IMBEDDED in the message body. This may seem like a minor
problem, but some of my recipients are still in the Bill Slowsky world. I'm
using OE6 SP2

Default Attached versus imbedded

OE /displays/ some graphic attachments in a separate section beneath the
message text as a convenience to the user. If a user doesn't care for this,
(s)he can enabled "Read all messages in plain text".
