Alert for an answer
Is it possible I'm prompted when an answer arrives to a message I sent in a
NG? something like a beep, a blinking icon, a popup window or something like so? il barbi

This will work, but only for all new news messages in a specific group, not
just your own replies. Outlook Express Mail Alert 2.1: http://www.tucows.com/preview/381108 From my experience, I use it on newsgroups only. It works off your dbx files and can slow down your machine slightly at times. It has never caused any serious problems though.
