Switch Identity Problem
OE has been acting strangely when I try to switch identities. I have two
identities set up, which I'll call #1 and #2. OE will open to identity #1. But when I try to switch identities to #2, the OE window disappears as normally, but the window with identity #2 never opens. Windows Task Manager shows msimn.exe among the processes that are running. In order to get to identity #2, I have to end the process in Task Manager and then start OE again. It will then open with identity #2 and the message that OE didn't shut down correctly. I'm running XP Pro SP2. Phil Cleary
