Hi -
This is a major problem that keeps happening to us. We use shortcuts in XP to emails we have saved on our computer that we use often. Windows Update keeps updating something that causes these emails to be completely uneditable, so that when we click on the shortcut it opens the email, but the TO, CC, BCC & SUBJECT fields are all uneditable, as well as the SOURCE andd PREVIEW tabs are gone. 2 years ago someone on here gave us the windows update KBXXXXX name that we needed to uninstall from the PC to get this problem fixed, but now it's happened all over again, and we urgently need to be able to send these emails out. Help?? |
