viewing attachments to E mails
I sometimes cannot open attachments to E mails because, presumably my browser - in this case Outlook Express- does not recognise the format in which the image has been sent. I understand this is because the appropraie software is not installed on my computer. In this event, how do I obtain information as to the necessary software requuired.
