Default Changing 'To' Field In Replies

When replying to an E-Mail, the 'To' field has the users name, but not e-mail.
I would like to be able to have it show the e-mail.

Is there a way to fix this?

Using OE 6.

That is the way it was sent, so that is what you will see. You have no
control over what the sender uses as a display name. If you want it to show
the address, on the original message, view the message source, (Ctrl+F3),
and copy the address. Click Reply and backspace the name out and paste the
address in.

Is there any known features/add-ons that can change this? I'm sure someone
else has had the problem before.

There may be, but I am not aware of any program. Frankly, I don't see it as
a problem. The person you are replying to already knows their e-mail address
and doesn't need to see it. I don't recall anyone asking this question as
long as I have been around here.

That's the way OE works. If the To/From, etc. has a friendly name in
addition to the e-mail address, OE will only show the friendly name and
hide the e-mail address. The designers decided that they don't want to
confuse users with important details. There's no option to change that.

What you can do is Right click on the name and select Properties to see
the actual e-mail address.
