Changing the name of an Outlook default custom field
It is not possible to change the name of any fields, standard or custom. Could you explain in more detail what you're trying to do?

Changing the name of an Outlook default custom field
Thank you for your response Sue. I have designed a new form from the original
Outlook Contact form. I need to add additional items to choose from, from the Outlook Custom field. Then when I import my information I can map the additional items. My item names a Account Number, Block Number and Lot Number. There are no fields similar in the Outlook Custom field for me to use, so I need to create my own. This is for a property management company and the information is necessary and would be extremely helpful for lookup purposes. Changing the name of an Outlook default custom field
Outlook has no ability to import to custom fields. That requires code or a third-party utility. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm
