Default "Run As" dialog problem

I am using WinXP/IE6/OE6. Recently, when I click my OE icon, the Open is
delayed by a "Run As" dialog. The dialog asks me to logon user name and
password before I can enter OE. My user name and password will not work. I
can uncheck a checkbox and then get in.

Is there a way to eliminate this nuisance; it was not there before recently.

Right click the shortcut that you use to start OE. Click Properties,
then on the Shortcut tab click the ADVANCED button. Uncheck the Run as
option there, then click OK.
