When i want to attach anything to an e-mail,,,,the pop up box /window is way
to small TO VEIW and it does not respond to dragging resize-ing,,,,,i cant
even get the resize arrows when i move curser to edge of box,,,,,,,and the
box does not have a small triangle in the lower right corner,,,,is this a
windows problem ,,,or manufacturer of pc problem

What you call the attachment window is actually a File Open Dialog Box,
which has a fixed single frame & cannot be resized.

Why don't you just find the file you want to attach then drag & drop it in
the new message window which will attach the file to the message? Its
quicker & easier in my opinion

The box does have a horizontal scroll bar though.
