Impossible de trouver l'hôte smtp. Vérifiez que vous avez entré correctement
le nom du serveur. Compte : 'pop3', Serveur : 'smtp', Protocole : SMTP, Port
: 25, Sécurisé (SSL) : Non, Erreur de socket : 11001, Numéro d'erreur :
0x800CCC0D

que doit je faire pour régler ce problème ?

Contact CompleTel SAS France for the correct settings and adjust the server
tab settings in Outlook Express under Tools/Accounts - Mail tab.
