First, try renaming the Folders.dbx file to Folders.old
If not, see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=318378 "Brian" wrote in message ... I need to re-install outlook express because it has become corrupted. I got a message saying that this is necessary. I'm unable to open any e-mail that has been downloaded, cannot access contacts file and cannot create any new e-mail. I'm running XP Pro and have all the Microsoft CD's that came with my laptop. How do I start this process? There are 7 CD's. Sorry if I may have double posted this on another newsgroup. Thanks, Brian |
