Update for Outlook Express 6.0 on Microsoft Windows XP (KB918651)

So this creates the new key, DWORD, and sets the value? Wish you posted it 2 hours sooner. I hadn't even had coffee yet. Does this patch require that KB911567 be applied first? If KB911567
