pdf document attachments to emails often don't get through to my OE6 email
and sender is told "maximum message size exceeded". My ISP (Tiscali) is
unhelpful and just says the problem is at the sender's end (clearly not
true). Any ideas as to how this can be resolved? Many thanks in advance.

You can set OE to break apart messages larger than ### KB?
Go to OEtoolsaccountsproperties of the account in questionadvancedThe
setting can be disabled by removing the check mark, or set it to around
500KB?
If you disable it then you may have problems with your ISP server timing
out or rejecting?
To rejoin the broken apart messages in OEselect each part while holding
down the
Ctrl keyrt click or message menucombine and decode.
HTH?

If the sender receives the message at time of sending
Then the fault is at the sender's end
the message is too big for the sender's ISP settings
