I tried Frank's recipe, but got into trouble.

I moved the 'admin' message store to a new folder called "C:\Documents
and
Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook Express", and OE
still
works as usual.

I then logged in as a different XP user (called 'User', with no admin
privileges), ran OE, and changed the the message store to the new folder.
Now, however, OE won't run:
"Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to open
the Outlook Express message store."

How do I fix this if I can't even get into OE?

"In your OE go to Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store Folder and write

Close OE.
Open Windows Explorer.
If you are using Win2K, WinXP or Win2K3 click Tools | Folder Options |

Go to your store folder and copy all of the DBX files to an empty
Windows
folder. Make sure you include Folders.dbx.
Close Windows Explorer and start the other OS.
Go to Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store Folder and write down the

Click Change
IMPORTANT WARNING: For the next two steps decline any offer to move the
files or folders or messages.
Enter the other store folder path and click Okay.
Close OE.
Reopen it and answer 'No' to an offer to move things.
Go back to the first OE and Choose File | Import | Messages and import
from
the other store directory.
