Whenever I receive an e-mail at Outlook Express, the e-mail always appears
twice. In other worde, I always receive duplicate e-mails. What can I do to
prevent these duplicates?

just a 20 sec video, i think about 100 kb. they get sent in many diferent
parts which when recieved will not work. is there a better way to send

Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced. Uncheck: "Break apart
messages...........".

Note that a 20 second

& after you uncheck the break apart box

the ones already delivered, can be reassembled by selecting all the pieces
and right click combine & decode, which will return the original avi file
