Problem with Outlook Express / Address Book
I have a number of users that are periodically getting the error messages
following. 'There was an error opening this message. An error has occurred' and 'Unable to open the address book may not be installed properly'. To resolve this problem I copied wab32.dll version 6.00.2900.2180 in place of wab32.dll version 6.00.2900.2869. This resolved the problem however after 24 to 48 hours the newer wab32.dll was back in place and the same problem occurring. Could anyone help with this matter.

Problem with Outlook Express / Address Book
That probably would be due to the KB911567 update. See this for removing it
