Outlook Express no Address Book
I am having the same problem with my address book in OE 6. After updating
with security patch KB911576 my address book would not load and i am getting the same error messages saying the format was wrong and that OE 6 was not configured correctly. Reading the newsgroup someone said to uninstall the patch. I went to the patch on the Microsoft update site and it says to uninstall it thru the "add & Remove" programs in control panel but that patch is not in the list of things in "add/remove" programs. Where else would it be or how can i uninstall that patch? -- Jim
