Default Switching identities, emails sent but not arriving

When using identities in OE other than the Main Identity email messages
are sent but are disappearing in cyerspace and are never received by
the intended recipient. Only the emails in the Main Identity are going
through. The other identities worked before but now seem to have
issues.... has there been a recent OE update that may be responsible
for this?

Sending email with SMTP is a transaction process; your client (MSOE) and
your server send tranaction codes, along with the data. MSOE will _not_
move a message from the Outbox to the Sent Items folder unless the SMTP
server sends a transaction complete code. Therefore, if your messages
are showing up in your MSOE Sent Items folder, your SMTP server has
received the message for transfer. What happens next is not an MSOE
problem.
