Default exchange \ Diane Poremsky [MVP]

I read some previous threads by Diane Poremsky [MVP], You stated this morning
you get what you pay for, I agree completely. However I do pay for an
exchange account and I do use the free calendar sharing, that is down and
very troublesome. My question is can I share a single calendar with the
exchange server to one person at a time not the whole enchilada. Example I
have 3 employees that all have their own schedules that I make and manage,
they then send a copy of their outlook calendar to me I would love to use the
exchange server I pay for to do this seamlessly.

Exchange is perfect for sharing calendars - in fact, office online is for
people who don't have exchange and need to share calendars.

You choices a
Meeting requests - this would put a copy on your calendar. You can set it so
they don't need to accept the meetings or they can set outlook to always
accept the meetings.

They can share their calendar with you, giving you editor permissions. You'd
open their calendar in outlook as a shared calendar and would create the
appointments directly on their calendar.

They would need to have mailboxes on the exchange server.

If you have a web server that supports webdav, you can publish the calendar
to it. The IIS server which is included in newer versions of Windows
supports webdav, so you don't necessarily need a web server. If you all work
on the same internal network, you can configure it on a desktop computer.

In trying to do this while waiting for a reply i can not figure it out. I
want to share there calander with my exchange server or my main main computer
and when i try it still wants me to login first as if i were publishing to
online server. Is there a link to a detailed explanation of how to set this
up?
Thanks

Do they have exchange mailboxes?

If you are getting annoyed by the liveid login, you need to delete the
calendar in tools, accounts, published calendars.

If you have a computer with iis, see
