I have Outlook 2007.
I have just changed to gmail as my primary email address. I sync my Outlook Calendar with my BB (curve) calendar. For the past year my main business email address has been my primary address, so all my calendar entries are with that. But now I have a second calendar, connected to my gmail address. How can I combine the two calendars so all events show at once? I don't know how to find my old calendar entries on Outlook. And when I do anything on my blackberry it's going through both calendars so even scrolling to an adjacent day takes longer than I'd like. Any and all help is appreciated. And if I'm not clear, please ask. |

Click ToolsAccount SettingsData Files and look at what data file contains the calendar your sync software accesses. Typically, sync software can see only your default folders. Some software can see other folders as well, but I don't have a BB and I don't know what software you're using to sync, so it may be able to see more than one calendar. Check the documentation for your sync software. The Google calendar must be an add-in and Outlook doesn't really have any knowledge of it. The only way to combine the data is to copy the data from one calendar to the other. I don't know how to find my old calendar entries on Outlook. And when I do anything on my blackberry it's going through both calendars so even scrolling to an adjacent day takes longer than I'd like. Click the Calendar button at the bottom of the Navigation Pane. You should see all folders that are calendar folders. The default calendar will be "Calendar" in the "My Calendars: section. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
