Is there any way to merge a 2nd calendar back into the 1st?
He will need to keep the default calendar if that is one of the two
calendars involved. As to the rest, simply set the source calendar to a table view like "All Appointments" and then CTRL A to select them all and then drag androp them on the target calendar. julianaq wrote: My boss has 2 calendars in Outlook.
