Oops.
I deleted the Calendar from my 'named' mailbox. It no longer appears in the folder list. If I go to copy/move a calendar, it does show as being there. How do I get it to reappear under my Mailbox folder list? Also, how do you copy calendar items from an "other" calendar into your main / default calendar? I can copy the whole calendar and select the default as the destination, but it just creates a new calendar named 'calendar1'. I need to copy the items into the default calendar so I can see them on weboutlook. Thank you! |

Hi Brian,
Thanks for the reply. Good question. I have 3 main folders that appear in MAIL: Mailbox - My Name, Archived Folders, and Personal Folders. I used to click on any of them, and the folder CALENDAR would be in the folder tree to select and view. Now that 'folder' is gone from the list. The Calendar's are still there under the Calendar selection with Notes/Tasks/Contacts etc. When I copy the Calendar back to Mailbox - MyName, it just creates a folder Calendar1, but that folder does not appear in the tree under Mailbox - MyName either. I deleted the calenders while in Calendar view. You are right, it wouldn't let me delete the default Calendar in that view (you get a no go message), but those folders disappeared from under the Mailboxes folder listing. Your trick with view tasks and CTRL A worked great, I can copy all the items. Odd thing is that one calendar shows 93 items, the destination only gets 31, its as if the new calendar doesn't show recurring appointments 3 months out, but the appointments are the same ones. 93/3 = 31. Since you are using the Mail view of the Navigation Pane, naturally you won't see ANY folders that are not mail folders. You can use the Calendar view or the Folder List view to see your calendar folders. -- Brian Tillman |

Sounds good, but a calendar icon/folder was there in the mail view before I
deleted the calendar. I even tried the tech support on campus. They are all stumped. It was there, not its not, and ya can't get it back. Thanks MS! If you saw it, then you were not using the Mail view. -- Brian Tillman |
