Has anyone figured out how to display/print only four weeks in the month view
in Outlook 2007? This was the default for 2003 but now it displays 6 weeks and truncates a lot of info. I can't get it to change. My boss likes to see more than a week at a time but six weeks of info tries to squeeze in too much. |

The print view uses the full month - if the month covers 6 weeks, it prints
6 weeks. Did you try using the calendar printing assistant or other tools? Thanks for your quick reply.
No, I haven't used it. I tried to download but I need an administrator's password. I will have to request IT to download it. It may be a few days before I can try it out and see if I can get it to produce what I need. I'll let you know next week. if it doesn't meet your needs, try one of the calendar templates for word.
They do a very nice job. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: "Anne" wrote in message ...
