Scheduling Assistant
I do not want others to be able to see the subject of my meetings when I am
on a meeting they open and then click on the scheduling assistant option for a meeting we may both be part of. I have it set to Free/Busy only but they can still see the subject of all of my meetings. |

Outlook 2007? What version of Exchange?
Do they, or a group they are in, have higher permissions on the calendar? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Let's Really Fix Outlook 2010 http://forums.slipstick.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34 "FoxRiot" wrote in message news I do not want others to be able to see the subject of my meetings when I am on a meeting they open and then click on the scheduling assistant option for a meeting we may both be part of. Scheduling Assistant
Yes it is Outlook 2007, I don't know the version of Exchange how do I find
it? And we all have the same permissions on the calendar. I notice there are a few who have the same problem as me but for the most part it just shows the blue bar for other peoples free/busy time. Thank you, "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: Outlook 2007? What version of Exchange?
