Default Scheduling Assistant - Outlook 2007

2 of our users who are included in our network are not able to see the
details of their co-workers availability in the Scheduling assistant window.

However, other network users are able to see their availability.

What could be the issue and are there any solutions?

Thanks!

Default Scheduling Assistant - Outlook 2007

Do they have their calendar planners marked to not show calendar details?
