Private meeting in a Resource Meeting Room Calendar - Outlook 2003
I would like to be able to create a private meeting by inviting the meeting
room resource calendar and only have those who've been invited be able to accept the invitation and also see the entry detail in the calendar. All others will simply see the calendar entry as booked but no detail. How is this done in Outlook. Thanks in advance! Training Goddess |
