Default How do I stop calendars from disappearing?

Are you syncing with a handheld device? That's the most frequent cause,
along with autoarchiving.

I am running BCM/Outlook 2007 on Vista. My boss and I have shared
calendars
that are published via the internet. Despite the fact that I have the
auto-archiving for the calendars set to only archive items 24 months or
older, when I scroll back through the calendars all events 2 months old
and
older are completely gone - the calendars are totally blank. How do I stop
that from happening? We need to go back 6 or 9 months to look at our
calendars...I'm hoping I don't have to pull up an archived calendar
everytime
we need to do that.
