When working in the calendar in Outlook 2003 (w/all updates/service packs
installed) I can open any one appointment without a problem. However, when I try to open a 2nd appointment (regardless if I close the 1st opened appointment or not) or I try to create a new appointment, Outlook will become unresponsive and I must "control, alt, delete." At first, I thought that I was being impatient, but Outlook did not recover after a few hours. This is not a problem with any one calendar item, it happens with all of them. I can prevent this from happening if I close the open appointment, close Outlook, wait a few seconds and open Outlook again, and then I can open another item in the calendar. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Office 2003 Professional, but that did not help. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Joe |
