Hello,
My department uses public calendars hosted on a microsoft exhcange server. There are over 40 employees that utilizes the public calendar so it's full of various meetings, appointments, recurring appts, et cetera. I have two questions: 1. How can a person filter the public calendar to only show specific employees without messing up the public calendar for other employees? 2. Is it possible to create an sub-calendar where my boss can automatically view only her employees instead of having scroll through the main calendar with 40 employee data on it? FYI, I have googled this, checked several forums so I am here asking for help ;-) any help would be so appreciated. thx in advanced -- MS nerd |
