Default OutlookTimeZoneMove.exe did not work

I need to update my calendar from Eastern Time to Central Time. I downloaded
the "OutlookTimeZoneMove.exe" program and it updated one calendar in outlook,
but not my main calendar in my personal folder. How can I get it to update
the other calendar?

Thanks
