Default My calendar reminders aren't popping up even though I have enable.

I have appointments in my calendar but my reminders never come up. I have
enabled this through Tools, options, advanced options, reminders......but
still it isn't working. Can anyone suggest something else I can try ???

how many calendar folder do you have in your profile?
What version of Outlook?

Only the one calendar folder.
