I inpute a yearly shift schedule from paper into an Excel spreadsheet format.
I would like to know if it is possible to convert an Excel file into the
Outlook Calendar. I have tried many times but failed miserably. Basically
we are scheduling 4 operators plus relief for a period of one year. It would
be much more useful if theis file was in the Outlook Calendar format.
However presently I would have to input all the information by hand for these
4 operators every year. Is there abetter way?

What happens when you try? Did you name the range? Map the fields for
import?
