Default Cannot add additional Attendees

I have a recurring appointment in Outlook 2003. For some reason the "Add
Others" option is no longer available. The appointment is actually on
another users calendar, however I am organizer with full rights. I have
tried to add others on my machine and their machine, with the same results.
Also the tracking tab is not listed. Any suggestions?

I would start with clearing forms cache.

The lack of a tracking tab may indicate the meeting is no longer a meeting -
its an appointment. Does the calendar owner sync with a pda-like device?

See http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/formscache.htm

It's possible the problem is related to the sync and clearing the forms
cache won't help. (It won't do any harm either.)
