Meetings added to calendar without accepting/declining?
Meetings are being added to calendars without people accepting or declining
them. They are not set to add automatically. Why is this happening? It becomes frustrating because then people think they don't have to accept/decline since it is already on their calendars! Please help! |

Are they marked tentative?

Meetings added to calendar without accepting/declining?
I am not sure. Would that be the reason they get added automatically?

Meetings added to calendar without accepting/declining?
Yes. Outlook adds all meeting requests to the calendar and marks them
tentative until they are accepted or declined. They should have a small hashed strip on the left side. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
