Default Appointments and Cached Mode

I have a few users that are using cached mode. When they receive a meeting
request from someone externally, and they accept it, the meeting gets put on
the calendar using the current date and time. You can open the meeting
request and see that it belongs on another date and time. We are Outlook
2003 and Exchange 2003. It has been narrowed down to those using cached
mode. Any ideas or suggestions about how to fix this?
