Default How do I synchronize (regularly) my local Calendar with my Mailbo.

I need to keep updated both my local Calendar and the Mailbox Calendar.
The Mailbox Calendar as it is shared with my co-worker and manager, and the
local Calendar to be used offline and to be synchronized with my iPAQ Pocket
PC.
Copying all the data arranging the view in "By Category", it will duplicates
all data already inserted, so it does not fit my needs.

Thanks and best regards,
Mauro

Why aren't you using an Offline Folder file (OST) as opposed to what sounds
like a Personal Folder (PST) file? Offline folders sync with your Exchange
Server mailbox automatically.

Plus, they'd sync with the iPAQ as well.
