Default Synchronize local calendar with Exchange account calendar

Hi

I have one issue i need to resolve, i have an client running Outlook
2003 with a local profile and 5 email accounts configured. (POP3)

I have added an Exchange account so that the user can share calendar
with other users but problem is that he wants to keep the
local calendar and make changes etc at home and when he gets to the
office synchronize these changes with the Exchange account. I found
some third-party software that should be able to do this but i worked
very poor and it ended with Outlook chrashing.

I would like to have som suggestions regarding this issue, are there
any good software that can do this or via some settings in the client ?
