When scheduling multiple resources (i.e. conference room and a projector), if
a meeting request is sent at a time when one resource is available and another is not, a pop up states that you have to select another time because the resource is not available. However, the available resource automatically accepts and gets booked. Is there a way to ensure that both resources are available before either is booked (i.e. without visually comparing the calendars in the meeting request)? I am using Oulook 2003 with an exchange server. Thanks |
