Default Appointments in To-Do bar need day separator

Oh, wow... I feel like an idiot. I don't think I've ever noticed that
appointments for future days shows the day! My eyes were always drawn to the
time. Maybe make the day bold? :-P

Sorry!

Mine isn't usually full and it doesn't matter for me - I look at the day on
the second line. I also use reminders and review the calendar module
frequently in part because all day events don't show on the to-do bar and I
tend to make all day events rather than tasks for things that must be done
some time that day.

At this time there will not be a divider and I don't think it’s a request
for the next version but time will tell. Showing all day events is a
frequent request.

Making it bold might be doable.
