Appointments in To-Do bar need day separator
 

The "Appointments" section of the "To-Do" pane in Outlook 2007 is very handy,
but can be confusing at times since there's no date or day displayed. If
there was some kind of date or day separator, or appointments for a given day
were visually grouped, it would be easier to use. I've worked around this in
the meantime by adding a recurring "Monday" appointment for 6:00 AM Monday, a
Tuesday one for Tuesday, etc..

Yes, the times show, but some weeks there will be a light calendar load, and
it won't be obvious what DAY the meeting is. If your calendar is full often,
or just for recurring meetings, it really doesn't matter.

I left for a meeting the other day that I saw in the Appointments section,
and sat in an empty conference room for a few minutes before I realized it
wasn't until tomorrow. ;-)

Mine isn't usually full and it doesn't matter for me - I look at the day on
the second line. :) I also use reminders and review the calendar module
frequently in part because all day events don't show on the to-do bar and I
tend to make all day events rather than tasks for things that must be done
some time that day.

At this time there will not be a divider and I don't think it’s a request
for the next version but time will tell. Showing all day events is a
frequent request.

Oh, wow... I feel like an idiot. I don't think I've ever noticed that
appointments for future days shows the day! My eyes were always drawn to the
time. Maybe make the day bold? :-P
