Default All day Event time starts at noon

When I try to schedule an all day by checking the box the time defaults to
noon to noon the next day.
If I manually setup a event from eight to five it works ok.
I do not know if this commong from Exchange or where?

What version of Outlook are you using? Might be a time zone problem.

Sounds like you have your WIndows clock 12 hours out of sync or the Outlook
calendar timezone is incorrect.
