Courtesy of Diane Poremsky (Outlook MVP) posted 3 HOURS earlier (searching the archives is a lost art):

reduce the hours printed - 8am - 5 pm should use 15 min scale. 7a - 7p uses
30 min.

Default how to change daily calendar from 30 minute segments to 15 min

I had changed the hours to 8-5. Screen shows 15 minute increments, but when
I print a daily calendar the 30 minute segments are still there. Any other
suggestions?
